Scalloped Hollyhock (Alcea pallida), family Malvaceae (Mallow)
Per WIKIPEDIA there are 60 species of Hollyhocks in this genus. This is not a common specimen and may have even been planted from starts or seeds obtained from a nursery. The lovely scalloped edges of the flowers and the green center of the bloom are characteristic of the species.
